In this collaboration with Sebastian Mariscal Studio, my role was to take the project from development, design, entitlements through construction completion. The site was a single lot split in two, making 2 lots 18' wide x 67' long. The project resides on a busy street in downtown San Diego, so the concept was to make the houses live inward, with a central courtyard that allows light and air to breath into all the spaces.
